I just tryed adding the no hyper-v entry in windows boot options, but with no success.
May be my system has some strange problem.
if I find a solution I will share it here.

you have root, google play and chrome so i don't understand your question.

you can already do everything you want.

to write in priv-app folder you can with es file explorer when you grant root permissions to ES like on all android devices.

with 7zip 18.05 and winrar 5.40 i can open without problems.
