INSTRUCTIONS:

Windows:
1) Before you start, make sure you installed the Intel® Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager that you find inside the folder "Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager".
2) Click on "Start Emulator.bat" to start the Emulator.
3) To make DroidMote Server reachable in your local network, when the Server start inside the Emulator, click on "DroidMote Server Port Forward.bat"

Linux:
Open Terminal and "Start-Emulator.sh" to start the emulator.

When the emulator start and you see the DroidMote Server icon, in the Terminal "DroidMote_Server_Port_Forward.sh"
to make the Server reachable in your local network.

You can start from scratch by deleting everything except the file config.ini in the folder "Full_Android_Oreo_For_PC\avd\Full_Android_Oreo_For_PC.avd"

I'm following instructions and at step 2 the emulator stuck in its starting process:

Is there some known problem?
Rebbot is needed after installing the Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager?

No problem at all with compatible hardware.

HI Zulu!....Ive trrying your emulator and 1st time everything worked fine.....Accidentally I deleted and second time I have downloaeded Wifi doesnt work....connected but not Internet....same pc, same wifi adapter, same USB port....I have installed 3 times more and no luck...I have tried to put the wifi adapter in other ports but same result...do you have any idea why this problem?....
Also it would be possible that you put this rom in .iso?

delete the folder of the emulator and unrar again from the original archive.

i installed and reinstalled many times with not problem.

the wifi is automatically set from the emulator, you can disable it if you want and use only the emulated LTE, but with wifi is better.

anyway if you want disable wifi and use only LTE because your PC is doing this problem, you can disable the wifi in the file advancedFeatures.ini in the system-images folder.

After some research on web I found something https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/ ... intel-haxm:
Make sure "Hyper-V", a Windows feature, is not installed/enabled on your system. Hyper-V captures the VT virtualization capability of the CPU, and HAXM and Hyper-V cannot run at the same time.

Maybe the right way?

That's correct - HAXM does not work if Hyper-V is enabled. If you want, you can create a dual-boot setup to start Windows with Hyper-V disabled. See here: https://www.hanselman.com/blog/SwitchEa ... ows81.aspx
